I’m here navigating with you, inviting you to reflect and lead you to that inner connection. self improvement and empowerment by tapping into your inner self. Often we are looking outside of us for answers but most of the time the answers are already within us at our disposal.
If you feel stuck in different aspects of your life and you want to work on it. Perhaps you have tried but life gets in the way, time goes by and you don’t seem to move anywhere. Then coaching is for you.
Coaching is a partnership where we navigate together. You guide the process and OWN the progress. We focus on the present and future. Establishing weekly goals that will lead to self improvement. I’m here to keep you accountable, motivated and committed throughout the process.
Life Coaching I like to really tap into that RESILIENT you, through EMOTIONAL FITNESS. Together we find what is holding you back and we investigate relearning from previous experiences.
Emotional resilience, Is the ability to adapt to stressful situations and cope with life’s ups and downs. We all have the power to build up our resilience and be more prepared when the down moments in our life show up. By providing you with workouts through emotional fitness you will build up those resilience muscles.
Emotional fitness are workouts for your mental health. Science based workouts that will keep you fit and improve your mental health.
From training your brain with meditation, mindful moments, to CBT practices, workouts on connecting with self compassion and kindness. Movement like yoga exercises are also included in the workouts. Because we are intertwined, mind and body, we are all connected.
Sessions run for 60 min and I suggest we meet weekly. Especially at the beginning of your coaching journey once a week has proven to be more efficient. We want to train as often as possible to start rewiring your brain to your new positive authentic self.

The Guest House
